Juan Jose Tejada, 43, of Greeley, passed away on June 25, 2022, at his home.

He was born July 7, 1978, to Juan Villegas Tejada & Maria Gonzales in El Paso, Texas. He moved to Greeley in 1997. He married Valerie Rodriguez who passed away July 30, 2020.

Juan was employed by Fortress Development Solutions in Greeley, Colorado. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and uncle. He was a friend to everyone. He enjoyed dancing, listening to music, fishing, get-togethers with friends and family. He loved to BBQ and was there to help everyone.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Maria Tejada and Ascencion Caballero of Greeley, a son Ayden Tejada of Greeley, a daughter, Jasmin Nuñez of El Paso, Texas, a brother, Cesar Tejada of Evans, Colorado, sisters, Adriana Medina-Tejada of Aurora, Colorado, and Claudia Tejada of Greeley.

He was preceded by his wife, Valerie Rodriguez, and his father, Juan Tejada.

A visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel. A Liturgy of the Word service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2022, also at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Linn Grove Cemetery.
