Judith Ann Gray, 73, of Evans, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019 at her home.
She was born June 16, 1945 in Greeley. In 2004, she married John and they have resided in Evans since their marriage.
Survivors include her husband, John; sons, Andy, Mark and Matt (Cathie); a brother, John; her grandchildren, Johnathan and Megan; and great grandson Wyatt.
Private services will be held at a later date.
