It is with great sadness that the family of Judith Revay Workman announces her passing on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at North Colorado Medical Center. She passed at the tender age of 54 years.

Judith will be lovingly remembered by her children, Alisha (Art) Acosta and Tyler (Samantha) Workman as well as her ex-husband, Terry Workman. Judith will also be forever remembered by her two grandchildren, Ariana and Abigail, her three sisters, Jeanyce, Julene, and Jeanelle, and her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Judith was preceded in death by her mother Charlene Palmer and father Leon Palmer.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 2 p.m., at The Adventure: Seventh-Day Church, located at 4100 West 20th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.

Those who so desire may make memorial donations in honor of Judith to the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado Heart Failure Clinic, located at 1801 16th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631.
