Justin Dean Shultz, Sr., 41, formerly of Greeley, passed away July 20, 2016 in Anniston, Alabama.

He was born October 27, 1974 to Ray and Linda (Land) Shultz in Greeley, Colorado. Justin attended schools in Brule, Nebraska; Holyoke, Kersey, Briggsdale and Eaton Middle & High School all in Colorado. After high school, he was employed at Furrs Cafeteria, Agland Tire Shop, Great Western Sugar Factory, R.R. Donnelly, Power Partners, The Energy Mills, Kimzy Kassing Oilfield Services and Seaboard Foods. At the time of his death, Justin was working at Rasken Packaging in Anniston, Alabama.

Justin loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with family and friends. Justin is survived by his parents, Ray and Linda Shultz, (Gilcrest, CO), son, Justin Shultz, Jr. (Colorado Springs, CO), granddaughter, Ember Shultz (Colorado Springs, CO), many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Justin is preceded in death by a sister, Amy Lynn Shultz, and both sets of grandparents.

A memorial service celebrating Justin’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado 80620.

Family and friends are invited to a potluck reception following the service at the Island Grove Events Center (southwest corner conference room “C”) 501 N. 14th Avenue in Greeley.
