El creció en Cristobal Colon Durango Mexico y en 1963 se caso con Martha Villegas. Luego se mudo a Evans, Colorado en donde residió desde 1988. El era una persona católica siempre dispuesto a ayuda a quien lo necesitara.
Le sobreviven su esposa Martha Villegas, y sus hijos, Rosario Villa, Javier Villa, Juana Villa, Martha Villa, Jaime Villa, Joel Villa, 7 nietos, 1 bisnieto, sus hermanos, Enrique Villa, y Guillermina Villa.
Una visitación se llevará a cabo a las 4:00 p.m., lunes, 11 de mayo de 2020, con la recitación del rosario a las 6:00 p.m. en la Moser Funeral Service Chapel. Una misa de entierro cristiano será a las 11:00 a.m., martes, 12 de mayo de 2020 en la Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora de la Paz.

Juvenal Villa Luna, 78, passed away on May 3, 2020 in Greeley, Colorado. Juvenal was born on February 26, 1941 in Durango, Mexico, his parents were Francisco Villa and Juana Luna.
He grew up in Cristobal Colon Durango Mexico and in 1963 he married Martha Villegas. Then he moved to Evans, Colorado where he has lived since 1988. He was a Catholic person always ready to help whoever needed him. He enjoyed shopping and taking care of his yard.
He is survived by his wife Martha Villegas, and his children, Rosario Villa, Javier Villa, Juana Villa, Martha Villa, Jaime Villa, Joel Villa, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, his siblings, Enrique Villa, and Guillermina Villa.
A visitation will take place at 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2020, with the recitation of the rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
