Ken Davis, 77, of Eaton, CO passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

He was born July 25, 1946, the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Nelson) Davis of Lakeport, NH. Ken was a graduate of Laconia High School (1964), the University of New Hampshire (BA, 1969), and the University of Northern Colorado (MA, 1975). Known to his students as "Mr. D", he taught schools in New Hampshire and Colorado. Ken last taught at Platte Valley Elementary in Kersey, Colorado.

Ken met the love of his life, Shelly Welsh, in Fort Collins, CO, and they married on July 28, 1973. He shared his music collection, barbershop singing, skiing, golf, photography, jigsaw puzzles and chocolate milk with Shelly, their children and grandchildren. Ken was a member of the Eaton Community Church.

Ken is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shelly, their sons Joshua (Mae), grandchildren Andrew and Makenna; Ethan (Moriah), grandchildren Corban, Theodore, Alistair, Jubal, Charlotte and Evangeline; Benjamin (Michele); daughter Bonnie (Helga); a brother, Rusty. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Bill. There are no calling hours.
