Kristina Marie Day, 63, of Greeley passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Tru Community Hospice.
She was born February 16, 1953 in Denver, Colorado to William Joseph and Irene Helen (Hegg) Baum. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado Nursing School and worked for Banner Health for 15 years. Kristina loved to travel and visited many different places. She was a loving and dedicated single mother to her two children, Meagan and Ryan.
She is survived by her children, Meagan Day of Evans and Ryan Day of Greeley, her brothers, Charles (Carol) Baum of San Diego, CA, and William (Elizabeth) Baum of Winter Park, CO, and a sister, Suzanne (James) Thorne of Chandler, AZ. She is preceded by her parents, William & Irene Baum.
A Celebration of Kristina’s Life will be held 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church in care of Moser Funeral Service, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado 80620.
