Jose "Lee" Torrez, 73, of Greeley, died on Sunday December 4, 2005 at the Brookshire House Nursing Home in Denver.
He was born on March 6, 1932 in LaGrita, Colorado to Jesus and Abelina (Atencio) Torrez. www.moserfuneralservice.com
Jose lived in Greeley for most of his life. He loved to ride his bike and spend time with friends.
Survivors include 3 sisters, Molly Renner of Greeley, Pauline Gutierrez of Albequergue, NM and Mabel Lujan of Bakersfield, CA and numerous nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Rose Gallegos and Victoria Rodriguez and a brother, Gilbert Torrez.
A memorial service to celebrate Lee's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2005 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel in Evans. Cremation.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Lee Torrez memorial fund in care of Moser Funeral Service, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado 80620.
