Linda Rae Crowder, 58 of Eaton, died on Friday, May 23, 2008 at her home. She was born on June 18, 1949 in Greeley to Raymond L. and Mary S. (Bishop) Janssen. Linda married James S. Crowder on February 5, 1972 in Greeley. They have lived in Eaton since 1975. She attended Weld Central High School in Keenesburg, Colorado and she liked spending time on her computer, shopping and traveling. Linda and her husband James worked as apartment managers in California and Colorado for 20 years. Survivors include her husband James S. Crowder of Eaton; her daughter, Shelli A. Crowder of Eaton; her son and his wife, Ron and Michelle Crowder of Windsor; 4 grandchildren, Keith Crowder, Bryce Pearson, Kord Crowder and Zachary Crowder; 2 sisters, Carol Collins and her husband Jim of Greeley and Donna J. Crew of Greeley; 2 brothers, Jack Fisher and his wife Carolee of Greeley and Stan Fisher and his wife Barb of Estes Park. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Janssen Holland; her father, Raymond Janssen and Nelce and Inez Crowder her father and mother in law. A memorial service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2008 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel (3501 S. 11th Avenue) in Evans. Cremation.
