Linda Lou Rudiger, 75 years old passed peaceful at Life Care Center, Greeley, CO on November 5, 2020 due to a long history of illnesses including cancer. Linda was born in route to the hospital in Denver City, Missouri on August 12, 1945 to her loving parents, Orville Rudiger and Mary (Weaver) Rudiger.

Linda lived majority of her life in Evans, Colorado where she graduated from Evans High School in 1963. Linda didn’t attend college and went straight into the work force where she worked many years as Housekeeper and Head Laundry attendant at Kenton Manor in Greeley, CO. In Linda’s spare time she enjoyed many activities around the house including puzzles, card games, embroidery, classic movie watcher, collecting jewelry and salt and pepper shakers, and watching her beloved Denver Broncos. In addition to these activities she had a huge love for collecting ceramic pigs and Chihuahua’s. During the last 15 to 20 years of her life she spent countless hours caring and spending time with her two beloved Chihuahua dogs, Mickey and Sambo. Linda’s loving and easy-going personality was enjoyed by many of her care givers.

Linda is survived by her sister-in-law, Pam Rudiger, niece Roxanne Francis (Randy), nephew Jared Rudiger (Kyle) and her great nieces, Emma, Ellie, Kenley, and Jayla all of Greeley, CO. Her homecare nurse/friend Teri Trujillo of Greeley who will be taking care of her beloved Sambo.

Preceded in her death are her parents and brother, Jake Rudiger (2018) and Sambo’s beloved sister Mickey (2019).

The family will have a viewing at Moser Funeral & Cremation services on November 11th from 5:00 to 6:00pm followed by a graveside service on November 12th at 1:00pm at the Evans Cemetery. Linda’s family requests that all in attendance please wear a mask.
