D. Louise McCarroll aka, "Weezer", 82 passed away January 1, 2024.

Louise McCarroll was born in Challis, ID to Spencer and Dorthy (Diggs) Cavanaugh on September 11, 1941. She was the eldest of 7 children. When she was 17, she met Richard Neil McCarroll, and they married on March 31, 1962. From this union 4 children were born, Kevin, Michelle, Trina and Becky. They homesteaded in Alaska and lived off the land. They later divorced and Louise and the children moved to Wray, CO. She later relocated to Greeley, CO where she proudly received her GED. Louise was a waitress, homemaker, bartender and a housekeeping specialist. She loved knitting, cooking, sewing and fishing.

Louise was preceded in death by both her parents, sister Ruth, sister Connie, brother Cav, son Kevin, daughter Becky, granddaughter Rachel, and granddaughter Natasha. She is survived by daughter Michelle of Greeley, daughter Trina Erbes (Ron) of Pierce, sister Shirley Wiltze of Montana and sister Christine Mack of Washington. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Special friends Roy Schaeffer, Cheryl Skees and Mindy Valencia.

Private family graveside services will be held. Condolences can be sent to P.O. Box 1810, Greeley, CO 80632 or in care of Moser Funeral Services, 3501 11th Ave., Evans, CO 80620. A reception will be held on January 13th, 2024, at the Ault VFW from 11:30 - 1:30 for food and memories.
