Lucila "Doña Chila" Martinez Guerra, 83 of Evans, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at her home, surrounding by her family.

She was born June 30, 1938, in Chihuahua, Mexico to Refugio & Paula (Gomez) Guerra. She married David Martinez and to their union 10 children were born. Family was important to her, so she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lucila is survived by her husband, David Martinez, her sons, Daniel, Jesus, Manuel, Armando & Socorro, and her daughters, Lola, Mona, Anna, Cuca, & Lupe, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 9:00-2:30 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 p.m. at The Adventure Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4100 W. 20th Street in Greeley.
