Lynn Michelle Flot Buxman, 28 of Greeley died on September 3, 2009 at the home of her parents.
She was born on June 26, 1981 in Greeley to Gary and Catherine (McCoy) Flot.
Lynn graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1999. After graduation she worked at Fairacres Manor, K-Mart and Greeley Answering Service. She attended IBMC to become a medical assistant. In April of 2004 she married Michael Buxman of Greeley.
She was currently enrolled at Aims Community College in their Nursing program and was excited about being able to one day help others. She loved her dog Chloe and the time that she spent with family camping and fishing. She would spend hours on her computer reading or just watching movies on television.
Survivors include her grandparents, George Flot of LaSalle and jerry and Renee Simmering of Greeley; her parents, Gary and Cathy Flot of Greeley; a brother and his wife, Brent E. and Alina Flot of Greeley; 4 nieces and nephews, BreeAnna, Zachary, Brody and Nariah Flot all of Greeley; a great nephew, Shane Flot of Greeley; 2 uncles Steve McCoy and his wife Elsie and Eugene Flot; 2 aunts and their husbands, Shirley and Bill Dundus and Terri and George Kauffman; numerous cousins and her husband, Michael Buxman of Greeley. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Elvina Flot and an uncle, Doug McCoy.
A memorial service to celebrate Lynn's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2009 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
Memorial gifts may be made in lieu of flowers to the Weld County Humane Society in care of Moser Funeral Service.
