Tribute: Mr. Carpio was born in Gill, CO to Frank (Poncho) and Catherine Carpio. He grew up on a farm in Gill and graduated from Gill High School. On Sept. 21, 1954 he married Winifred (Winnie) Fricker of Liverpool England. He owned and operated Carpio's Lawn Sprinkler Service for many years. Since 1980 he was an active member of The Pheasant Run Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He enjoyed sharing the Bible's hope of a time when death, pain and sorrow would be no more. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Carpio died Thurs. Sept. 6, 2007 at his home.
Survivors: His wife, Winnie Carpio of Greeley, two sons, Orlie Carpio of Eaton, Louie Carpio and wife Cynthia of Eaton, four daughers, Kathy Behring of Greeley, Cindy Peragine and husband Ron of Greeley, Diane Segura and husband Tom of Eaton, Rosanne Christy and husband Olin of Greeley. Ten grandchildren, Philip and Ryan Salamanca, Amber Noon, Lindsey and Tanya Carpio, Miranda Marquez and Cameron Segura, Kyegan, Devan and Brennan Christy. Five great grandchildren.
Services: 3:00 p.m. Wed., Sept. 12, 2007 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 4702 W. 3rd St. Greeley. Cremation
