Maria Esmeralda "Essie" Mancha, 58, of Greeley, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at North Colorado Medical Center.
She was born September 21, 1963, to Francisco J. & Julia (Perez) Mancha in Greeley, Colorado. She lived in Gilcrest, Colorado from 1975-1981 and graduated from Roosevelt High School in Johnstown before moving to Greeley in 1981.
Essie was employed by McDonalds in Greeley for over 30 years. She was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista in Greeley and enjoyed working on puzzles, crocheting, and listening to music. She loved visiting with members of her church and spending time with family.
She is survived by her mother, Julia Mancha, her brothers, Jose Guadalupe Mancha and Juan Ramiro (Catherin Downing Bostick) Mancha, sisters, Elda Julieta Mancha Quezada, Hortensia Ofelia Mancha White, and Marie Teresa Mancha.
She was preceded by her father, Francisco Javier Mancha and a brother, Juan Francisco Mancha.
