Marian Ruth "Mom" Schneider, 78, of Greeley died Monday, January 21, 2008.
She was born May 27, 1929 in Windsor, Colorado to John and Mary (Schmidt) Bott.
Marian graduated from Windsor High School and worked for Garnsey & Wheeler in Greeley. She also worked for Al's Diner, Hewlett-Packard and finally at Highland Hills Golf Course & Restaurant all as a cook.
On January 26, 1952 she married Albert Alfred Schneider in Windsor, Colorado. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1984
She enjoyed cooking, playing Bingo and cards and was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Greeley Senior Citizens.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Billenwillms and husband Steve of Burr Oak, Kansas; her sons, Ronald E. Schneider and wife Becky of Greeley and Randy Lee Schneider of Greeley; 4 grandchildren, Marly Bunnell of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Jodi Grinell of San Diego, California, Kendra Schneider of Azuza, California and Nicholas Schneider of Greeley and a step grandson, Brandon Valenciano of Greeley. She is preceded in death by her husband Albert Schneider, a sister Edvina May Cameron, and a brother Ed Bott.
A memorial service to celebrate Marian's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Ave in Evans. No visitation is scheduled. Her urn will be interred at a later date in the Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor.
