Marjorie Ann Kinzer, 75, of Greeley went home to live with the Lord on Thursday, July 20, 2017.
She was born May 14, 1942, in Richland, Nebraska to Waldean & Ruth (Shrum) Saalfeld. Marge loved being at home and holding the hand of the love of her life, Don. He always called her his “Bride”. They were married for 55 years.
She was an accomplished accordionist and played polka music at all the family gatherings. She had a great sense of humor “Wielding’ her “Marge-isms” that would make even the grumpiest laugh. She worked for the Denver Post for longer than what she was on payroll, but retired from the deli at King Soopers.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Dean Kinzer, her daughters, Tamara (Rod) of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming & Dawn of Greeley, a sister, Kay White, nephew, Drew White, grandchildren, Terry Kinzer of Greeley, Shyla (Ronnie Martinez) of Pine Bluffs, Canaan Babel, Courtney & Sydnee Stracke of Greeley, great grandchildren, Korben, Kashten, Kailen Martinez of Pine Bluffs, Beau Carlson & Skyla Stracke of Greeley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Waldean & Ruth Saalfeld, and her grandparents, Emil & Catheryn Saalfeld.
A visitation will be held on 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2017 with service following at 3:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, CO.
