Marlene Landolt, 87 of Eaton, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.
She was born on October 20, 1935, in Worland, Wyoming to Merlin and Virginia (Moody) Sawyer. She graduated from Lovell High School in Lovell, Wyoming. She married Floyd Foster in 1954 and to that union were born 3 daughters. They later divorced and she then married Bob Landolt in 1981.
Marlene worked at Ted & Chet's Grocery, Stoll's Grocery and Toddy's Grocery and later for Garnsey & Wheeler Ford in Greeley.
She liked to make tie blankets, watching the Denver Nuggets, reading and attending family sporting events.
Survivors include her daughters, Roxanne (Gary) Carsten and Sheri (Ted) Carlson, 5 grandchildren, T.J. Carsten (Jackie) of Denver, Tara Manolian (John) of Ukiah, California, Krista Carlson of Eaton, Kindra Gillen (Brett) of Spokane, Washington and Sara (DJ) McChesney of Kansas City, Missouri and 4 great grandsons, Harrison Manolian, Ozni Manolian, Cody Gillen, and Clayton Gillen
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Kay Foster, her brother, Norman Sawyer and 3 sisters, Nawana Wallace, Marilyn Gilbert and Yvonne Walker.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at the Eaton Cemetery.
