Mary Magallon was called home to Our Lord and Savior on Dec. 31, 2013, at North Colorado Medical Center. She was born July 19, 1950, in Hollister, Calif., to Jane and Aurelio Gonzales of Greeley. Mary attended school in Greeley. She was a homemaker and an avid bingo player. She enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished time with her son and daughter. She also enjoyed retreats to the mountains. Mary was a very loving and caring daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and auntie. She will be missed dearly, but never forgotten by her family. Survivors are her mother, Jane Gonzales; daughters, Sylvia Salinas-Schroader (Austin) of Whittier, Calif., MaryJane Magallon, Evans, and Mario Gonzales, Greeley; sisters, Nellie Gutierrez (Saul), Fort Collins, Frances Sena, Greeley, Delores Navarro (George), Marysville, Calif., Angie Ybarra, Olivehurst, Calif., Sylvia Vasquez, Greeley, and Rebecca McCain (Steve) of Greenfield, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marcos Tobar; father, Aurelio Gonzales; sister, Elisia Saavadra; and grandson, Brandon Salinas-Schroader. Viewing is from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at Moser Funeral and Cremation, 3501 S. 11th Ave., Evans, CO. Memorial service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Healing Way Ministry, 1535 8th Ave., Greeley.
