Minerva Garcia, 81, of Greeley, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on February 6, 1945, in Mexico to Flavio Garcia and Josefa Salazar. Minerva lived in the Greeley area for the past 23 years. She was a devoted homemaker who lovingly raised six children. A faithful Catholic, her faith was an important part of her life and provided strength and guidance throughout the years.

Minerva is survived by her son, Enrique Jimenez; her daughters, Maria A. Jimenez, Lourdes Orozco, and Socorro Jimenez; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gustavo Jimenez, and her daughter, Estela Jimenez.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado, with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m.

A Liturgy of the Word service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026, also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley, Colorado.
