Mitchell Wayne Steiner, 53 of Erie passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 at his home. He was born on September 24, 1960 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Richard Johnson and June Lillian Crouse. Survivors include, four daughters; Danielle Newstrom, Jessica Josephs, Angella Steiner and Crystal Steiner; siblings; Cindy Lopez, Dori Swemson, Richard Johnson, Rodney Johnson and Carla Johnson and the mothers of his children; Jakie Godburn, Nancy Steiner and Brenda Josephs. Mitchell was a proud grandfather of three; Bronwyn Newstrom, Eli Gittleson and Chloey Babcock. For 18 years he owned his own company Mid-West-Systems (MWS) and has always been a hard working man. Mitchell was an ordained minister and a devoted follower of Christ. He love to travel but settled in Colorado where he raised his 4 daughters. Mitchell loved; the outdoors, riding his motorcycle, singing, joking around, being with his family and spreading the work of God. Mitchell was a proud loving owner of his five year old dog ike that he adopted. His children love him very much, he will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace. Private family services will be held.
