Monica Hilary Ramirez, 53, of Greeley, CO, passed away Tuesday, December 6th, after a four-year battle with cancer.
She was born in Denver, CO on May 21, 1969, to Louie Gallegos and Anita Archuleta. Monica graduated from Holy Family High School and went on to receive a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a master's degree from Colorado State University. She was married to Paul E. Ramirez on February 21,1998.
Monica took pride in her military service of 28 years in both the US Navy and US Air Force. She loved people and served Mosaic Church of Greeley as a Pre-Marital Counselor.
Monica is survived by her brother, David Gallegos, her mother, Anita Archuleta, her loving husband, Paul, her children: Alexandra, Isabella and Eduardo, and grandbabies: Samuel and Jonah.
Her wonderful spirit of joy and comfort will be celebrated on Monday, December 12, 2022, with visitation beginning at 9:00-11:00 a.m. and funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. at Mosaic Church in Evans, CO. The burial will follow the next day at 11:30 a.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO.
