Nancy Thompson, 55 of Ft. Collins, died on Friday, August 15, 2008 in Greeley.
She was born on January 17, 1953 in Aspen, Colorado to Warren and Carletta (Johnson) Parsons.
Nancy married William Thompson on March 28, 1986 in Denver, Colorado.
She graduated from Longmont High School in 1971. She later attended Colorado State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science. Nancy was an active member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Windsor.
Mrs. Thompson worked in real estate with her husband Bill and was a licensed real estate agent and appraiser.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Thompson; a son, Stuart Thompson of Ft. Collins; a step son, Justin Thompson of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; her mother and step father, Carletta and Earl McLain of Eaton; 2 brothers, Warren Parsons of Amarillo, Texas and David Parsons of Palisade, Colorado; and their families and an aunt, Irene Conner of Aspen, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her father, Warren Parsons.
A funeral service to celebrate Nancy's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church (6th & Walnut St.) in Windsor. Interment Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor. There is no visitation scheduled.
