Norma K. Rodriguez was born on September 28, 1965, in Phoenix, Arizona to Venancio and Dionicia (Ortega) Dominguez. She passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, as an inpatient at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado.

She resided in Milliken, Colorado. She married Epifanio Rodriguez, and together they had four children. Norma and Epifanio had recently separated.

Norma loved doing arts and crafts and spending time with the family. She especially enjoyed quality time with all her grandchildren. She would drive them everywhere, take the kids shopping, and would play hours of UNO and Mexican Bingo. Norma loved going on little adventures. She was always down as long as her grandbabies were happy. She also loved going to yard sales and getting all the free items; she found use of everything!

She is preceded in death by her parents; her infant daughter, Gina Marie Dominguez; and brothers, Ines Dominguez, Jesse Dominguez, Mario Dominguez, Benancio Dominguez, and Robert Ortega-Dominguez.

Norma is survived by her sons, Ismael Lee Rodriguez, Irving Roger Rodriguez, and Corey Israel Rodriguez; husband, Epifanio Rodriguez; brothers, Raymond Dominguez, Freddie Dominguez, Raul Dominguez, and Victor Dominguez; two sisters, Graciela Tejo and Alicia R. Carizales; her beloved grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with Funeral Services beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. Interment will follow at Evans Cemetery.
