Pamala (Pam) Sue Kouba Gordy, 60 of Phoenix Arizona, formerly of Eaton Colorado, passed away on April 10, 2021 in Phoenix. Pam was born September 6, 1960 to Donald and Dorene (Dolly Luttrell Grever) Kouba. However, raised by her dad Loren Grever.

She was born and resided in Greeley most of her life. She attended Greeley Central High School but received her GED in October of 1984 and continued on to get an associate degree at Aims Community College. Pam retired from NCMC in 2012 after a 30-year career as a NA unit secretary, business associate, and scheduler. She was a Christian and attended Grace Community Church in Johnstown, where she was involved in children's ministry. Her joys in life were being with her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She also enjoyed making ceramics, reading her bible, sharing the word of God, singing, and going for ice cream.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Gordy, son Gregory George, mother and father Dolly and Loren Grever, bio father Donald Kouba, sister Tami Kouba, and several extended family members.

She is survived by her significant other John Gore, daughter Melissa and son-in-law Byron Thompson, Grandchildren Katarina & Jesus, Lauren & Andre, Madalyn & Jabari, Joshua, Christopher, Alexandria, and James. Great-grandchildren Xzaylah, Xavian, Melanie, Noah, Kaius, Dekklan, Vivianna, Rosalie, Gemma, and Florance. A niece and nephew Athina and Justin Sweigard, along with many cousins.

The family would like to recognize her lifelong friendships with Kathy, Jeannie, Chrissy, Annie, Gene, Linda, and many more that supported Pam throughout her life.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:30 p.m. followed by a reception on Saturday April 24, 2021 at Grace Community Church, 2033 W South 1st St., Johnstown, CO 80534. Her urn will be buried with her son at a later date.
