Pedro San Miguel, 79, of Greeley passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Centennial Healthcare in Greeley.

He was born September 23, 1939, in Asherton, Texas, to Juan and Lorensa (Orsonia) San Miguel. Pedro “Peta” went to school in Carrizo Springs, Texas. In the late 1960’s he
moved to Greeley, Colorado to establish roots with his parents. He was a self
employed truck driver. He was a simple man enjoying almost everything, playing
pool, going to car shows, showing off his muscles, watching the Dallas Cowboys
play or just hanging out. His best past times were helping his brother Juan hang
drywall or heading up the mountains to Central City with his sister Emma. Pedro
was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

Survivors include his sister Petra (George - deceased) Santos of Pearsall, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Maria Ledesma of Uvalde, Texas, Juanita “Nena” Herrera (Isaac) of Amarillo, Texas, Emma Reyes (Jose) and brother Juan “Garan” San Miguel both of Greeley.
