Randy K. Hoover's Obituary
Randy K. Hoover, 63, of Greeley, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Tru Hospice at North Colorado Medical Center.
He was born January 6, 1954 to Elzy & Ridge (Chlanda) Hoover in Greeley, Colorado. Randy graduated from Greeley West High School in 1972, then attended Colorado Mountain College. Randy was a foreman at Weld County Road and Bridge Department for 30 years. He enjoyed skiing, fishing, bicycling, singing, building diecast cars, bowling competitively, playing pool, camping and mostly, just spending time outdoors and on the lake.
Randy is survived by mother, Ridge Chlanda, a son, Cody Hoover, daughters, Jamie Hoover & Jesse Pyle, sisters, Kristie Weigel & Sandi Hunter, and 1 grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elzy Hoover and step-father, John Chlanda.
A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Eagle's Club, 601 N. 2nd, LaSalle, Colorado.
