Richard Allen Miller Jr. (Rick or Mr. Beautiful), 71 of Platteville passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on March 25, 2022.

Rick was born August 10, 1950, to Richard Sr & Dorothy (Lemmons) Miller

He graduated from Greeley West in 1969 and then enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving three tours in Vietnam.

Mr. Miller married Deborah S. Kissler at St. Paul's Congregational on December 8, 1972. He worked as a mechanic in Northern Colorado. He was a member of St. Paul's Congregational Church and served as a trustee and held memberships in UCT and NRA. Rick worked with kids as a Hunter's Education instructor and a USA swimming official.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Miller; his daughter, Tammy Miller (Jarred Sater) and his son, Caleb (Heather) Miller, 3 grandchildren, Brooklyn and Jesse Sater and Lily Miller and 2 sisters, Kathi Sharpe (Greg) Engstrom and Jerri Adamson.

A funeral service to celebrate Rick's life will begin with Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at St. Paul's Congregational Church, 1525 43rd Avenue in Greeley.
