Robert (Bob) Eugene Hosier, 49, of Kersey, passed away September 26, 2013 as a result of a motorcycle accident. Bob was born April 25, 1964 in Sioux City, Iowa to Richard and Mary (Moye) Hosier. He was a graduate of Aurora Christian Academy. He resided in Lafayette, Colorado until he moved to Kersey, Colorado in 2010. Bob married Chantel Lang on June 23, 2012 in Kersey. He was employed by the City of Lafayette as a Construction Inspector for 15 years and then by the City of Erie in June of 2012. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lafayette and St. Peters Catholic Church in Greeley. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed riding motorcycles, golf and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Chantel Faye Hosier & their unborn child, his mother, Mary Hosier, his sons; Bobby, Michael and Billy Hosier, daughters; Teresea Bartlett, Amanda Hosier, Krystal Hosier, Shealea Snelling and Jordan Snelling, his brother, Jim Hosier, sisters, Kay DeRoche and Debi Romero, and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hosier. A visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1st at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 2nd at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 915 12th Street in Greeley with interment following at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
