Roger Dean Munsterman, 83, of Evans, Colorado passed away June 18, 2022, at Life Care Center in Greeley.

He was born February 10, 1939, to Henry and Viola (Grages) Munsterman in Appleton, Minnesota. When he was 19, he enlisted into the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1960. Roger met and married the love of his life Peggy Hendrickson and the two were married in April of 1962. They had 3 children together.

Roger worked in the mechanical industry for 40 years as a pipefitter with pipefitters Local 208 and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. In his spare time, Roger enjoyed working with the "Over the Hill Gang" at Trinity, gardening, camping, fishing, watching westerns, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly Munsterman and Vicki Riggs, his siblings, Audrey Leonard, David Munsterman and Dennis Munsterman and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Viola Munsterman, and his wife Peggy, a son Steven and a sister, Ardith Barge.

A Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 27, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment with military honors will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens following.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church or Trinity Lutheran School and the American Cancer Society.
