Roland Glenn Ball, 84 of Briggsdale, Colorado was called home to be with the Lord on July 22, 2015. He was born July 24, 1930 on the Ball Ranch in Briggsdale, Colorado. On July 10, 1955 he married Verda Sierman and together they spent their life ranching and raising their family on the ranch in Briggsdale. On July 10, of this year they celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary together with their children.

Roland was very active in the Briggsdale Baptist Church and Gideons. He served on school boards, Crow Valley Livestock board and served in the Army for two years.

Roland and Verda had four children: Dorice (Tom) Benson, Arland (Terri) Ball, Leonard (Tammie) Ball, Les (Vonnie) Ball. He had a special relationship with each one of his 15 grandchildren and also his 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Etta Ball, two brothers, Ralph and Wilbur Ball, and two sisters, Elaine Larson, Harriett Hilzer.

Services will begin with visitation from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26th at The Moser Funeral Service Chapel 3501 South 11th Avenue in Evans. Graveside services will be Monday, July 27 at 9:30 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the Eaton Evangelical Free Church 1325 3rd Street in Eaton.
