Rosana “Rosi” Hernandez, 38, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora.

She was born on August 17, 1987 in Greeley to Baudelio Hernandez and Lucila Avila. She attended Greeley Schools through the 11th grade, and then went on to work various retail jobs. Over the years, she worked for Cintas, dd’s Discounts, and Kohl’s. It was during this time in her life that she met Abel Conchas. The two fell in love, and were married on November 20, 2010 in Greeley. Together they settled in Greeley with their four beautiful children.

Rosi’s faith was important to her, and she was a longtime member of the Catholic church. Above all, Rosi cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Baudelio Hernandez, and her brother, Francisco Hernandez.

Rosi is survived by her mother, Lucila Avila; her husband, Abel Conchas; her sons, Orlando Conchas-Hernandez and Luis Conchas-Hernandez; her daughters, Sarai Conchas-Hernandez and Brianna Conchas-Hernandez; brother, Miguel Hernandez; and sister, Martha Hernandez.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with Recitation of Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, CO. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 1311 3rd Street in Greeley. Interment will follow at Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley.

Nació el 17 de agosto de 1987 en Greeley, hija de Baudelio Hernandez y Lucila Avila. La visitación se llevará a cabo de 4:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m., con el rezo del Santo Rosario a las 6:00 p.m., el martes 5 de mayo de 2026 en la capilla de Moser Funeral Service, 3501 11th Avenue en Evans, Colorado. La Misa de Exequias Cristianas se celebrará a la 1:00 p.m. el miércoles 6 de mayo de 2026 en la Iglesia Católica Our Lady of Peace, 1311 3rd Street en Greeley. El sepelio se llevará a cabo en el cementerio Linn Grove en Greeley.
