Ross Alan Rosenquist, 56 of Johnstown, passed away on July 3, 2015 at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland.
He was born in June of 1959 in Osceola, Nebraska to Gerald and Jewell Rosenquist.
Ross graduated from Greeley Central H.S. in 1977. He married Lee Anne on February 15, 1980 in Greeley.
Ross’ greatest love was spending time with his family and many friends. He also loved to fish, hunt, garden, and enjoyed spending time in the mountains. He had a kind heart and simply going on a drive in the country was like a vacation to him. He passed away doing what he loved while riding on a John Deere mower.
He worked at the local John Deere dealer in Greeley for 37 years.
Survivors include his wife, Lee Anne Rosenquist; his mother, Jewell Rosenquist; 3 children Lindsey Michelle, Michael Ross and Laura Anne and husband Tyler a grandson, Kaiden Brown; a brother, Steve Rosenquist; 2 sisters, Kathy Thorp and husband Layne and Jackie Scheuerman and husband Don and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Rosenquist and his grandparents.
A memorial service to celebrate Ross’ life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Grace Community Church, 2033 W. South 1st Street in Johnstown.
