Tammy Lynn Gonzales, 56, of Evans, died Monday, June 20, 2016 at NCMC in Greeley.
She was born February 29, 1960 to Everett & Mary Ann (Daley) Gabriel in Fort Collins. She married Frank Gonzales on November 1, 1984.
She is survived by her husband, Frank, father, Everett Gabriel, sons, Casey & Scott Gonzales, brother, Shane Gabriel, sister, Tress Gabriel, two grandchildren, two nieces, and a nephew.
She was preceded by her mother Mary Ann Gabriel.
Visitation 4 -7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Moser Funeral Service Chapel. Graveside 3:00 p.m. Friday June 24, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens
