Terrance “Terry” Penland, 78, of Eaton, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at North Colorado Medical Center.
He was born March 3, 1941 in Greeley to Von & Lea (Collette) Penland. He worked as a truck driver all of his life hauling cattle, potatoes, beets gravel and crude oil. He was a 1960’s graduate of Eaton High School.
He is survived by his son, Dale (Terri) Penland of Eaton, his daughter, Lisa (Dave) Schoepf of Greeley, grandchildren, Arron Penland of Shell Knob, MO, and David Penland of Cheyenne, Wyoming, a brother, Ken (Janet) Penland of Boulder, CO and 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Von & Lea Penland and 1 grandson, Joshua Vukovinsky.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Steven’s Grill, 131 1st Street in Eaton.
