Terry Kiefer, 81 of Greeley, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 at his home.
He was born on May 19, 1940 in Burlington, Colorado to Fred and Vivian (Ragan) Kiefer. He graduated from Burlington High School in 1959.
Terry married Judith Miller on June 7, 1981 in Greeley.
Terry worked for Nash Finch as a meat cutter and meat market manager for many years.
He loved raising animals especially miniature horses and donkeys. He loved cooking, flowers and collected rolling pins and KitchenAid mixers. Terry was always available to help anyone in need of anything. He loved spending time with family and visiting his second home in the Black Hills South Dakota.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Kiefer of Greeley; his son, Freddie Kiefer & wife Susan; 2 daughters Tammy Dennis & husband Kenneth, and Tonjau Brown & husband Brian; 2 stepsons Steve Miller and Jim Shepard; 3 step-daughters Daun Adkisson, Julie Leafgren & husband Doug; and Linda Edwards; a brother Bill Kiefer; 2 sisters Virginia Tyrrell and Sheryl Kibbee; 32 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Vivian Kiefer; a son Eddie Kiefer; a brother Gary Kiefer; a sister Kathy Meyers; a grandson Terry Kiefer; and a step-daughter Brenda Shepard.
A celebration of Terry's life will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, CO. A reception will immediately follow at The First Congregational Church, 2101 16th St, Greeley.
