Thomas D. Meyer's Obituary
Thomas “Tom” Meyer, 72, of Evans passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Ashley Manor Memory Care in Fort Lupton.
He was born November 16, 1946 to Harold & Elda (Lockman) Meyer in Greeley, Colorado. He graduated from Greeley High School before entering the United States Navy. On March 29, 1969, he married Donna Ikenouye in Las Vegas, Nevada. They have lived in Evans since 1974. Tom was the owner/operator of Bighorn Electric for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Meyer of Evans, a son Travis O. Meyer of Colorado Springs, a daughter, Ember Meyer of Evans, a brother, Harold Meyer of Evans, a sister, Elizabeth Ham of Evans, 2 grandsons including Corbin Meyer who Tom raised like a son.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold & Elda Meyer and brothers, Billy Ray & John Meyer.
The family would like to thank the staff of Ashley Manor Memory Care in Fort Lupton for the care and love that they provided for Tom.
No services will be held at this time.
