Thomas Arthur Sahrle, 69 of Greeley, passed away December 12, 2012 in Greeley, Co with family by his side from complications of a second bone marrow transplant.
He was born September 19, 1943 in Wayland, NY to Charles and Helen Sahrle. He graduated from Wayland High School and Cornell University in New York. In 1965 he married Sharon Leason. To this union two daughters were born; Michele (Mic) and Trisa. In 1990 he married Judi Bedan. He retired from Eastman Kodak after 30 years after which he contracted to CBW Automation, Fort Collins, CO until his health failed. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, his Corvettes, building houses, making robotic machinery and making it operable, and watching the grandchildren's sports events.
He is survived by wife Judi, Greeley, CO; daughters Mic (Chris), London, England, Trisa (Tom), Loveland, CO; step-daughter Michelle Bedan (Damian), Greeley, CO; grandchildren Samantha Chacon, Rob Chacon, Casey Horgen, Cody Horgen; his father, Charles, Wayland, NY; siblings Jerry (Val), Ronald (Linda), Bob (Sue), Kenny, all of New York, Millie Edmunds, New York and Bonnie Fink, North Carolina; sister-in-law Jeanne Bauer; many nieces and nephews; hunting buddies Darrell, Doug, Dick and Frank; and childhood friend and beneficent caregiver Reggie Page.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2222 23rd Avenue in Greeley.
