Timothy “Tim” Stanclift, 64 of Greeley, died in his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Eaton, CO after a valiant and courageous battle with cancer.
Tim, son of Hudson and Arline, was born September 19, 1955 in Wichita, KS. He moved to Eaton CO at a very young age and graduated from Eaton High School in 1974. On June 12, 1976, he married Alayna Yarber. Tim & Alayna became lifetime residents of Greeley CO and Eaton CO. From 1975 to 1990 Tim worked for The Greeley Tribune, Greeley Printing Company, and Fries Brothers Printing as a master pressman. In 1990 he then began his beloved career in the Eaton School District where he worked for 28 years.
Tim was a kind, patient and honorable man who had a passion for his family, his friends and for the Eaton School District and community. Inspiring good morals, strong ethics, dedication to friends and family were all life-long goals.
Tim is survived by his wife Alayna, his daughter Angie and son-in-law Dustin Duncan and grandsons Dirk and Dawson; his daughter Alli and son-in-law Darin Duncan and grandsons Gunnar and Garret; and his son Todd and daughter-in-law Kelly Stanclift and granddaughter Haleigh and grandson Ryder all of Eaton CO. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Tim will be buried in a private ceremony at the Eaton Cemetery. A celebration of life and reception will take place beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the Evangelical Free Church, 1325 3rd Street in Eaton CO. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tim’s life.
