Timothy Girard Lutters passed away on Wednesday Jan. 5th 2011 at his home in rural Eaton, CO. Tim was born Dec. 24th, 1957, in Ransom, KS. and married Marcia Ulm on Dec. 9th 1995, in Estes Park, CO. Tim worked for Great Western Sugar for more than 20 years, and then worked for the city of Greeley from 2001-2009. Tim's greatest passion in life was his wife and their children; attending his children's activities gave him many hours of pleasure. He liked being outdoors, being with family and working. He will be remembered by all those who knew and loved him as truly "One of the good guys". He is survived by his wife Marcia and their children, Matthew, Allison and Caitlyn. Tim is also survived by 4 brothers, Kenneth, Ronald (Chuck), Gregory and Hubert Lutters, three sisters, Sara Carrillo, Marie Bernbeck and Carla Tillitson. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and countless friends to mourn him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Lutters and Laura Smith Lutters, one brother, David and nephew Derrick Lutters. Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 10th, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 915 12th St. Greeley, CO. followed by internment at the Eaton Cemetery. Viewing for family and friends will be held at Moser Funeral Service, 3501 S. 11th Ave. Evans, CO. on Sunday January 9th, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Timothy Lutters Memorial Fund, in care of Moser Funeral Service, for Matt, Ally and Caitlyn's education fund.
