Trinidad Castro Ramos, 70, of Greeley passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his home on Wednesday, April 12, 2017.
Trinidad was born on December 7, 1946, in Julesburg, CO to Refugio and Margaret Sierra Ramos. He grew up in Julesburg where he received his education.
He met and later married Geneva Llamas in the early 1970’s before they divorced in 1978. Trinidad worked as a Journeyman and Carpenter for many years in the Greeley area.
He was an avid Oakland Raiders fan but his greatest joy was his grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Angel Ramos, Albert Ramos, Luis Ramos, John Palomino, Christopher Ybarra, Abraham Ramos (Norma), Trinidad “Bear” Ramos, Jr. (Jennifer), Melissa Ramos and Desiree Ramos; grandchildren, Christopher, Alexandria, Trinity, Louis, Ernest, Yuliana, Victoria, Audriena, Analisa along with 19 additional grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Moses Ramos, Ernie Cordova, Refugio Ramos, Jr.; sisters, Pauline Salazar, Vickie Ramos, Carmen Ramos, and Tina Longoria.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Ramos; and sisters, Ruth Ramos and Cecelia Ramos.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 10 a.m., Friday, April 21, 2017, all at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel in Evans. Interment will follow at Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley.
