Victor J. “Vic” Cruz, 77, of Milliken passed away at his home on Saturday, July 6, 2019 surrounded by his family.

He was born April 21, 1942 to Isabel & Carmen M. (Duran) Cruz in Greeley, Colorado. He married Susanna J. Apodaca in Greeley.

Vic worked for Martin Produce Co. and at the Monfort Lamb Plant for 33 years. He retired at 54, due to a heart issue. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed riding a bike. He lived in the Greeley Place Apartments for 10 years.

He is survived by his son, Victor Paul Cruz, his daughters, Stephanie (Mario) Garcia, and Diane Cruz, his brothers, John, Ray, Manuel, and Albert Cruz, his sisters, Marianna Archibeque, Isabel Cruz, Carol Martinez, Simona Rodriguez and Mary Helen Martinez, his grandchildren, Matthew (Jill) Garcia, Sabrina Garcia, Kendra, Teresa and Haly Cruz, and great grandchildren, Dominic Garcia, DJ, Chloe, Ben, , Gabe and Rain Cruz.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 13 years, Susanna Cruz, his parents Isabel & Carmen Cruz, a brother, Joe Cruz, and sisters, Mary Madrid and Nelly Rivas

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10 from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, in Evans.
