Wanda Pearl Weaver, born on February 3, 1943, in Phoenix, AZ, entered her eternal home peacefully on June 27, 2026.
She was a loving mother, an amazing listener, and had a huge heart for animals. She would rescue a dog or cat in a heartbeat, always putting their needs ahead of her own. She was married to the love of her life, William B. Weaver, for 35 wonderful years before his passing in 2012. Together, they traveled, danced, and showed us what a lasting, loving marriage looked like.
She is survived by her children, Lydia M. Waibl and her husband, Johnnie M. Waibl, and Johnna S. Graves; and her grandchildren, Catrina L. Lynn and her husband, David B. Lynn, LaChele N. Hardic and her husband, William Hardic, and Dustin M. Waibl and his wife, Lindsey M. Waibl. She was preceded in death by her beloved oldest grandson, Nathan M. Waibl, who passed away in April 2023. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Jacob L. May, Marshal Lynn, Danielle J. Lynn, Alexander R. Hardic, Thomas C. Hardic, Natalie M. Waibl, Nathan B. Waibl and his wife, Elizabeth Waibl, Alison M. Waibl, Charlie M. Waibl, and Dylan M. Waibl; her great-great-grandchildren, Lucah Waibl, Esmeray Waibl, and Emmilylin Sawyer; and her cherished feline companion, Mandy, and her beloved husky, Juno.
Our hearts will forever hold the love she surrounded us with, and that love will carry us through the days ahead. Each time we think of her, we will smile, remembering the joy she brought into our lives.
Until we meet again, we will carry her love in our hearts, cherish the memories she gave us, and find comfort in knowing she is finally at peace in the presence of her Savior.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Cheyenne National Cemetery, 8611 Hildreth Road, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
