Wesley N. Conda's Obituary
Wesley N. Conda, 70 of Platteville, died on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at his home.
He was born on February 22, 1939 in Boulder, Colorado to Wesley D. and Robbie Frances (Adams) Conda.
Wes attended Boulder High School and he later married ShirleyJo Buchanan in Boulder on February 14, 1959. They lived in Lafayette prior to living in Platteville in 2004. He worked for his father at Wesley D. Conda, Inc., Big Horn Coal and Teardale Construction.
Mr. Conda enjoyed working on stuff, spending time with his family; camping, fishing and boating.
Survivors include his mother, Frances Conda of Boulder, CO; 5 sons, Wesley Conda of Brighton, Dennis Conda,. Jerry Conda, Troy Conda and Mike Conda all of Platteville; 5 sisters, 2 brothers; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, ShirleyJo Conda and his father, Wesley D. Conda.
A memorial service to celebrate Wes' life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
