Zachary Brigham Guettlein's Obituary
Zachary Brigham Guettlein, 43, of Keenesburg, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton.
He was born April 1, 1973 to August & Sandra (Blackston) Guettlein in Boone, Iowa. He graduated from South High School in Denver in 1992. He then went on to attend the University of the Pacific in California where he received a scholarship to play football. After graduation, he worked with Guettlein Brothers Construction.
He is survived by his father, August Guettlein of Denver, his mother, Sandra Guettlein of Keenesburg, sons; Zachary Brigham Guettlein II and Matthew Jacob Guettlein, both of Colorado Springs, daughters; Taylor Marie Guettlein of Denver, and Jordyn Leigh Guettlein of Colorado Springs, a brother, Jacob Haven Guettlein of Denver, and a sister, Sarah Tomrose Guettlein of Denver.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Lee Guettlein.
A celebration of Zachary’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Weld County Fairgrounds in Keenesburg.
